Owner / CEO

Nicholas DeLucia

Nick's path to racing began with the hardest moment of his life. After being diagnosed with a pituitary adenoma, a tumor in his brain, he put his full trust in God, and through that battle he found the reason he was put on this earth: to race. He built Rex Racing to carry out God's mission of spreading the gospel, and to lead the dreamers of the racing world to take control of their lives and create their own destiny.

Extensive background in sales and media. The brains and heartbeat behind Rex Racing.

Nico Villanueva

Co-Owner, RexVilla Racing

Nico Villanueva

Nico pairs a racer's instincts with an engineer's mind. An engineer at Embry-Riddle, he brings a technical, data-first approach to the car and to driver development, and he's the "Villa" in RexVilla.

Chief Operating Officer

Joseph Daloisio IV

Joey is the operator behind the operation. A University of Delaware graduate with a Bachelor's in Economics, he turns Rex Racing's vision into systems, pitches and partnerships that actually get done.

Works on the sponsorship and operations side of the sport rather than behind the wheel.
